SmileDirectClub’s 12 days of Sharing Smiles.

For the end of 2022, we wanted to do something to give back to our followers and customers after a hard year. With inflation and impeding recession right during the holiday season, we decided to launch an organic giveaway on Instagram that was done all through reels. We spun 12 days of Christmas into 12 days where we giveaway 2 prizes a day, one for you and one for you to share with a friend. Bringing it all back to our brand and trying to make customers smile. We did a few days of teasers before launching all the content. We partnered with several different brands and influencers to include a variety of prizes beyond just our products.

Holiday Gift Guide

In addition to our giveaway during the holiday season, we were also running a larger promotion for all of our retail products. We categorized our products into four different gift categories and then created a whole campaign around them, from a landing page to social and email content, everything drove to our Shopify page. Additionally, we created some TikTok content around these categories that fit nicely into existing types of content on the platform.
